How do I post an offer?

Click 'Post Offer' in the menu. Fill in your business name, category, offer details, and select a plan. Complete payment via UPI and submit. Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours.

Why is my offer showing 'Pending Review'?

All offers are reviewed by our team before going live. This usually takes a few hours. If AI auto-approval is enabled and your content passes screening, it may be approved instantly. Ensure your payment reference is correct.

How do I edit my offer?

Log in to your account, go to 'My Account', find your offer and click 'Edit / Renew'. You can update details within your current plan. If your plan has expired, you'll need to select a new plan and make payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI payments. Send to m9037033669@ikwik and enter your UTR/payment reference during submission. Offers activate after payment verification.

How long is my offer active?

It depends on your plan: Starter (1 month), Growth (3 months), Pro (6 months), Enterprise (12 months). You'll get renewal reminders 7 days before expiry.

Can I get a refund?

How does AI approval work?

When you submit an offer, our AI instantly screens it for prohibited content, spam, and quality. Clean offers are auto-approved. Flagged offers are held for admin review with a reason shown.

How do I use the referral program?

Log in to your account. Go to 'My Account' to find your unique referral code. Share it with other businesses. When they post their first paid offer, you earn ₹50.

My offer was deleted — what happened?

Offers may be removed for policy violations, non-payment, or at the business owner's request. Contact us for details.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Enter 'DELETE' to confirm. All your data and offers will be permanently removed.
