Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and terms governing the premium subscription tiers and advertisement placements purchased on CashSave.in, a digital platform owned by Sarvexa Technologies.

1. Subscription & Ad-Placement Cancellations

Users and Merchants can manage their active subscriptions directly from their account dashboard.

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium features or ad placements will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which your account will automatically downgrade, and no further charges will apply.

2. Refund Guidelines

Due to the digital and instant nature of the services provided (such as immediate visibility of store offers on the radar engine, ad distribution, and data tool activation), payments made for monthly or annual subscription plans are generally non-refundable.

Sarvexa Technologies does not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptions & Failed Transactions

Failed Transactions: In cases where funds are debited from your bank account or card but the subscription fails to activate on the platform due to a technical glitch, the payment gateway will automatically flag the issue.

Resolution Timeline: For verified failed transactions, the amount will be automatically reversed and refunded back to your original payment method within five to seven (5–7) working days, depending on your bank's operational policies.

If you notice a duplicate debit or face an activation error, please contact our support desk immediately at support@cashsave.in with your transaction ID, and our engineering team will resolve it within 48 hours.

4. Non-GST Billing Declaration

All invoices and digital receipts generated by Sarvexa Technologies / CashSave.in are issued purely as a Commercial Bill/Bill of Supply. Sarvexa Technologies is currently exempt from GST registration under Section 22 of the CGST Act, 2017, as our aggregate annual turnover is below the statutory threshold limit. Consequently, no tax (CGST/SGST/IGST) is collected or refundable on these bills.
